I did find the plans in my office yesterday forgot to tell you that The file was not in the cabinet, not sure why but I

I did find some technical issues with the level spreader device I remember having a conversation with Don Curry about
level spreader design a couple of months ago, I think he was trying to figure things out for this project

I talked to Don Curry yesterday He explained that the developer for Maggie Run West has change the lot
layout (slightly) Therefore he will need to make changes to stormwater information He asked me what was
the most efficient way to provide the data I told him to provide the revised information to Annette and copy
Lauren I also told him to highlight changes so that it was self evident what was different

The supplement for in indicates that a forebay of 180 square fee, has been
provided however this device does not appear on the plan sheets Please provide
a properly sized forebay with the appropriate depths The scour hole may not be
used as a forebay
2 Please provide a more permanent flow splitting device per Section 5 3 of the NC
Division of Water Quality BMP Manual
Please show one foot contour lines indicating the grading for the proposed bypass
channel
4 Please show proposed boundaries of the drainage easement that extend a
minimum of ten feet outside the limits of the diffuse flow devices
