The following are the review comments and corrections for the above referenced plan
I Please include an approval letter from a mitigation bank or EEP stating that credits are available and are
being reserved for this pmject
I have spoken to Martin Hovis of EBX Neuse I, LLC for reservation of the credits
stated in the submittal (36,221 s f , zone 1 & 2 combined) Mr Hovis stated that they
have no problem filling that amount of mitigation and the price to reserve the buffers
is $0 97 /s f ) With the price at 0 97 / s f x 36221= $35,134 00, I ask that this be paid
upon approval of the PCN or construction documents and not at the prehminary
approval stage
