to withdraw your application (DWQ No 20120285) for the proposed Monroe Bypass in Union County
The NCDWQ will accept your request In doing so the Department will cease any current reviews of
your application and will no longer consider issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for your project at
this time Please be mindful that no impacts or construction activities will be allowed until a valid 401
Water Quality Certification is obtained
