NARRATIVE SUMMARY
GENERAL INFORMATION:
GENERAL PROGRAM INFORMATION:
During the reporting period, the Town of Rutherfordton updated the Headworks
Analysis utilizing site -specific monitoring data. The Town did not modify any of the
other Pretreatment Program. A copy of the "Pretreatment Program Info Database" is
attached with no noted corrections.
GENERAL PERMIT INFORMATION:
The Permit issued to Aallied Die Casting was modified to include alternative
monitoring for Total Toxic Organic (TTO) compounds. In accordance with 40 CFR
464.03, oil and grease was included as an alternative monitoring for TTO. The
modification was approved by the State by letter dated August 10, 2020.
SIU INFORMATION:

No SNC Events
OTHER INFORMATION:
Aallied Die Casting did not violate any permit limitation or condition. Both
Aallied completed the Permit required monitoring.
The POTW completed the required UP monitoring and annual inspection.
