Attached is electronic copy of the 316(a) Study Plan for the Canton Mill required under the May 2010 NPDES Permit. The
hardcopy originals of the plan will go out in Tuesday's mail.
I have copied the DWQ Permits Section and the DWQ Environmental Sciences Section. The 316(a) Study Plan is one
item we will discuss at our meeting the afternoon of 29 February in Raleigh.

The report documents completion of expedited evaluation of TRW "A List" Recommendations in the May 2010 NPDES
