Action ID# SAW 2011 02402 r
Dear Chad
Enclosed is a Non 404 Jurisdictional General Permit application for your review This
application is submitted on behalf of Ms Claudia Robinette for the construction of a house
located off of Wmgfoot Drive in the St James Plantation subdivision (Brunswick County)
Because of the location and amount of isolated wetlands within the lot wetland impacts could
not be avoided Approximately 0 157 acre of isolated wetland impacts are needed
The Pre Construction Notification form, associated maps and site plan are enclosed for
your review The $240 application fee has been submitted to your Raleigh office Please contact
me if you have any questions Thank you for your assistance with this project
Sincerely

Impact Justification and Mitigation
1
Avoidance and Minimization
la
Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing project
Because of the amount and location of isolated wetlands within the lot wetland impacts are unavoidable Impacts have
been minimized as much as possible by positioning the home in an area where upland use is maximized and by reducing
side slopes

Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques
Silt fencing will be installed to prevent erosion into adjacent isolated wetland areas
