Good morning Tim.
I am working remotely today and do not have my eDMR registration files with me.
Do you know if a registration form has been sent for your permit?
If not, please go to this portion of our website:
https://deg.nc.gov/deg.nc.gov/sw-edmr
After uploading a copy of the paper DMR, the hard copy is mailed to the Regional office your facility is associated with.
Regarding the outfalls, you may email me the following information for the additional outfalls to be entered in our
database:
autfall Number
Description
Latitude Longitude
The outfall number must be 3-4 characters in length and may not contain any special characters.
Also, please provide Lat/long in dd.mm.ss format.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. I greatly appreciate your help in correcting our information.

Based on the current guidance to minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Department of Environmental Quality has adjusted operations to protect the health and
safety of the staff and public. Many employees are working remotely or are on staggered shifts. To accommodate these staffing changes, all DEQ office locations are
limiting public access to appointments only. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices, as we may be able to handle your requests by phone or
email. We appreciate your patience as we continue to serve the public during this challenging time.

I need to submit our 2020 Annual Summary Report to the Raleigh Regional Office in accordance with our permit. Has
that process changed in light of my site being in the first group to use eDMR? Or do I need to just need to print and sign
the forms and send to the Regional Office only as in the past? The website was silent on the Annual Summary Reports.
Also, will my next stormwater sampling report (to be conducted in 15Y half 2021) be submitted electronically using eDMR
like we discussed in November? The website implies that hard copies are still being required and we're just scanning
and uploading those.
Lastly, I need to discuss our outfalls in your database. We have 3 put the printout that NCDEMLR sent me showed only
1. Feel free to call me to discuss.
Thanks!

Hi Suzanne!
I have some questions concerning my data on the website plus the registration process. Is there a time we could talk
today to discuss these? I am out -of -office the rest of the week but back in the office on Monday, Nov. 30tn
Steps 1 and 2 are due by Dec. 1 and I'm trying to meet that deadline.
Note all email addresses for Mallinckrodt are now @,mnk.com rather than @,mallinckrodt.com. Please change
