Annual Avg Daily Traffic(veh/hr/day): Design/Future: 720 Year: 2040 Existing: 360 Year: 2015 General Project Narrative: The existing 30'9",1 span bridge over UT to South Deep Creek on SR 1325(Mountain View Church Road)is being replaced with a 1 span bridge with a span arrangement of 1 (Description of Minimization of Water @ 60'(24"cored slab).The bridge will have 1.5:1 sloping abutments.The bridge will be crowned with a 2.5%slope to the left and right.The bridge will also have 10'travel lanes Quality Impacts) with 5'to both left and right shoulders,27'-10"clear width and 30'OTO width.The existing bridge structure will be removed.Overall drainage patterns will be maintained.There are ditches that flow towards the bridge on both the begin and end left sides of the structure.There is a ditch right of the begin side which will be maintained in the proposed condition and there are proposed special'V'ditches on the upstream side of the bridge.Class-II riprap will be used at the embankment of the standard'V'ditch outlet on the left end side of the bridge.On the end side of the bridge,a traffic bearing grated drop inlet with double frame and grates(2GI)was placed on both the left and right sides of the roadway in the shoulder berm gutter to pick up runoff from the bridge.The existing concrete abutments will be retained. Deck drains will be required to meet spread criteria but the drains will not discharge directly above water.
