On February 2, 2021, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application requesting verification of
coverage under Nationwide Permits 39 and 27 and corresponding Water Quality General Certifications 4134 and 4139
for the subject project. The Division understands the US Army Corps of Engineers will require an Individual Permit for the
subject project. Therefore, the Division will require an Individual 401 Water Quality Certification for the project.
No action is necessary from the applicant at this time. The Division will contact you if additional information is required
to process the Individual Certification.
