Inspection Summary:
Inspection conducted in response to submittal of No Exposure Certification for Exclusion from NPDES Industrial Stormwater
Permitting, which was received on February 4, 2021. A technical assistance site visit was conducted previously on January
12, 2021 at the request of Mr. Kenny Long, Maintenance Manager, in order to review the No Exposure form and make initial
site observations prior to submittal. Exposed products and materials such as bales of cardboard, old office furniture, and out
of service newspaper vending machines that were observed during the technical assistance site visit have since been
removed or relocated under shelter. Secondary containment is provided for applicable ASTs and there is one compactor -style
dumpster, which is fully enclosed. Based on the site observations made at the time of inspection, facility qualifies for No
Exposure Certification.
