NW 12 permit to NCDENR DWQ for the record only and that we do not require written concurrence for this notice

of the NCDENR Land Quality Section Swannanoa Regional Engineer s Office that we have satisfied the NCDENR —
DWQ requirements and they may proceed with their reviews of the NW12 PCN and NCDENR Erosion Control Permit/
NPDES permit applications
