To follow up on our phone conversation 4- 30-121 have prepared maps showing Mr Helms s property
both before and after the NCDOT 421 project The property is divided into Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 with
Parcel 1 being the wasting apartment budding and parking Parcel 2 consists of the remaining 4 lots
The boundaries of both parcels are drawn at the DOT RNV line for both pre- and post - development
impervious determinations
Following is a list of attached maps and associated documents
1 Aerial Photo from DOT websrte showing pre - development conditions over the project area
2 Portions of 2 plan sheets from DOT 421 Title Plans (available on DOT websrte) sheets 47
and 48 of 61 showing predevelopment impervious surfaces Reported impervious cover was
determined using these sheets
3 Portion of Municipal Engineering preliminary plans for bob Helms site showing proposed post
development impervious cover
4 Table showing measured pre and post development impervious cover for both Parcel 1 and
Parcel 2
