Participating and Cooperating Agencies
As requested at last month s TEAC meeting NCTA will present the case for
identifying DSA 9 as the LEDPA at the upcoming October 13 2009 meeting Please
see attached powerpoint that will be presented at the meeting
Previous meetings were held on August 12 2009 and September 8 2009
As discussed this meeting s presentation will complete the process of us providing
information to you in order for you to concur on the LEDPA Therefore we expect
to sign the LEDPA concurrence form at the meeting (with the exception of EPA
indicating they need to defer until the clean air act issues are resolved)
Please let us know if you need any additional information to come to the meeting
prepared to identify agree and concur on the LEDPA for the project
