SUBJECT Constraints Mapping for the ICE Scoping Meeting on the Gaston East
West Connector
As you are aware the North Carolina Turnpike Authority has scheduled a meeting to go
over the ICE scopmg for the subject project on Monday July 9 2007 In preparation for
that meeting we have attached constraints mapping for your reference These maps show
the Detailed Study Alternatives (DSAs) along with the following layers jurisdictional
wetlands and streams (field verified and field delineated) potential historic resources
with the proposed area of potential effect (APE) 100 year floodplain 3O3(d) listed
streams and the 14 digit hydrologic unit watersheds
