Laurie,
A hold letter was issued on 05/07/2007. The applicant called me the next day, and we determined that
buffer impacts had been erroneously listed in the PCN (Section X., Page 11). I told him to mail a
corrected copy of Page 11 to me and four copies with a short cover memo to Central Office. The cover
memo was to state that WSRO had received its copy (the 5th copy) directly. I did this in order to
expedite the information to WSRO. I received the corrected copy yesterday and issued the 401
authorization today. I made the necessary BIMS entries to take it off hold and show it as issued.
Let me know if I didn't do the BIMS entry correctly.

Daryl -
This project in BIMS is on hold based on your entry - was it a verbal or letter for more info ~ that
put it on hold? I don't have a copy of anything.
I've received a response today dated 5/9/07 giving an amended PCN application page 11 per
conversation with you.
was that what you were asking for?
Let me know if it's OK to take off hold.
