On behalf of the applicant for Timber Creek, Mr. Richard Davenport, ESI is requesting
that this permit application be withdrawn from NCDWQ review. The applicant's
proposed project will no longer require written notification to and subsequent approval by
NCDWQ pursuant to the State General Permit for Impacts to Isolated Wetlands and
Isolated Waters Permit Number: IWGP 100000.
