Ok I think I figured out that it s a mistake on the City s part This should dust be a modification to the existing NW13
where they are adding some more length to the project I ve told them to ignore the letter when they get it Can you

I m not sure if the USACE is going to put this under an IP Did the application say that? I don t think NW13 or NW27
have thresholds for IPs But maybe I m missing something because I can t see the app I know I talked to them and we
didn t discuss IP but maybe they talked to the USACE since then
