Individual Permit request for the above referenced property
1 This Office requests that the applicant re submit the site plans on full plan sheets at a scale of no
smaller than 1 =50 with topographic contours shown Additionally please locate all isolated or
non isolated wetlands streams and other waters of the State as overlays on the site plan
indicating all wetland impacts including fill slopes on the site plan and all stream and open water
impacts [per 15A NCAC 02H 0502 (c)]
2 This Office requests that the applicant provide cross section details showing the provisions for
aquatic life passage [per 15A NCAC 02H 0502(c)]
3 This Office requests that the applicant comment on qualitative indirect and cumulative impacts
from the project[per 15A NCAC 02H 0506(b)(4)]
4 This Office requests that the applicant provide documentation from the N C Ecosystem
Enhancement Program(NCEEP) indicating their willingness to accept the request to purchase
428 linear feet of compensatory stream mitigation credit to mitigate for the proposed stream
impacts listed in the application [per 15A NCAC 02H 0506(g)(6)]
5 This Office requests that the applicant note that this project will require a stormwater
management plan [per 15A NCAC 02H 0506(b)(5)] The proposed impacts may not occur until
the stormwater management plan has been approved and that onsite structures may not be
