On behalf of our client, The City of Raleigh, we are submitting three sets
of plans, specifications, and application form for review and approval of the
House Subbasin Sanitary Sewer Replacement Line.
The project consists of either replace in place or parallel the existing
sanitary sewer line with a new and larger line from the Crabtree Mall area to
Wade Avenue.
The application forms and details of the crossings have been submitted to
the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for review of the creek crossings/wetlands.
Plans, specifications, and calculations for sedimentation erosion control have
also been submitted to the Division of Land Quality for their review.
