Last week I submitted a NWP 39 application on behalf of Hartzog Holdings LLC for the
construction of an Advance Auto Parts store within a lot located at the corner of Highway 17 and
Headwaters Drive in Hampstead NC When rounded out to the nearest one thousandth we
determined that 404 wetland impacts are 0 086 acre instead of 0 09 acre RPW impacts remain at
0 010 acre Therefore total impacts are below DWQ's threshold for written authorization
Enclosed is a revised page 5 of the PCN form and a revised site plan
