Subject NW 3 notification for a pipe repair in Pasquotank County r

This is a courtesy notification for the use of NW 3 permit for a pipe repair on NC
344 in Elizabeth City A portion of the concrete pipe has failed causing the
roadway to sink The contractor is proposing to remove the failed sections of pipe
and replace them with 2- 60 inch X 48 of corrugated aluminum pipe This work will
require a dewatering operation which will follow NCDOT guidelines I have attached
a location map and permit drawings depicting the proposed work If you have any
concerns or questions feel free to give me a call
