On behalf of the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) in cooperation with the Federal Transit
Administration (FTA) STV /Ralph Whitehead Associates Inc (STV /RWA) is requesting an
extension to the 21 day response period provided in the February 14 2012 request for
additional Information issued by the NCDWQ In responding to the NCDWQ s request for
additional Information a series of revisions have been made to the permit drawings We would
like to recommend a meeting with you In order to present these changes explanations and
calculations to Insure that our responses adequately address your comments Assuming this
meeting can be accomplished In the next week then we would anticipate that the Information
requested would be provided In the next 14 days If you have any additional questions or
