The retention and moving this guide pole 15 to the north within the
permitted temporary hand cleared area will not result in additional
jurisdictional impacts and therefore this change is authorized by this e -mail

The utility company is in the process of moving some power poles on this
project One of the existing support poles on the north side which was going
to be eliminated is now going to be needed It was determined the support
pole holding a guide wire will still be required They want to retain this
pole and move it back 15 ft to the R -O -W of line This will be done within
the permitted hand cleared zone I have attached a plan sheet showing the
existing location and proposed location mark up The utility contractor would
like to have approval to do this by tomorrow Sorry for the short notice but
I don t think they anticipated the need to retain the pole and were hoping to
finish up the work on Saturday Let me know if you have any questions or
concerns
