Inspection Summary:
On February 10, 2021 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Ken Hemmings on site. During the inspection
the following items were noted:
1) The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan has not been maintained on site. The permittee shall immediately begin efforts
to update and maintain the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan as outlined in the NCG100000 General Permit.
2) It is recommended that the permittee conduct an evaluation of all bulk storage tanks on site to confirm the application up
secondary containment requirements and include the findings in the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan.
3) An amount of sediment was observed beyond the lower outfall. The permittee shall evaluate/modify all stormwater control
measures on site and remove off site sediment where necessary.
