Inspection Summary:
On February 16, 2021 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Betsy Lambert on site. During the inspection,
the following items were noted:
1) A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan was not made available at the time of the inspection The permittee is directed to
locate and update the strormwater pollution prevention plan and have it available for the next inspection.
2) Secondary containment was not provided for all bulk storage of liquid materials on site. The permittee is directed to
immediately begin efforts to provide secondary containment for all bulk storage of liquid materials as outlined in the
NCG070000 General Permit.
This facility will be re -inspected on or after March 16, 2021. If the above items have not been addressed at the time of the
inspection, further action will be taken.
