On February 10, 2021 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Mike Lyles on site. During the inspection, it was
noted that the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan had not been maintained in accordance with the NCG210000 General
Permit. The permittee is directed to immediately begin efforts to review and update the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan
as outlined in the NCG210000 General Permit.
