We provide the following information to allow you to continue the stonnwater review (item numbers correspond to your original Requeso: 1. Wet Pond Maintenance Agreement attached. 2. Dated application as requested. 3. Revised calculations confirming orifice flow rate < pre -development Q1 24 hour. 4. Soils report attached. We are hopeful that this response addresses all concerns and that the permit can be issued in the near future. Should you have questions or additional concerns, please feel free to contact me. Please address the following deficiencies and resubmit the information in order to accept this project for review: 1. Please provide a signed & notarized Wet Pond Operation and Maintenance plan. 2. Please date Mr. Saucier's signature on page 4 of the application. 3. Please note that for all projects subject to NPDES Phase II Session Law design criteria, the pre -development peak flow from the 1 year 24 hour storm must be included in the calculations. The orifice must have a flowrate that is less than the pre -development peak flow. 4. A soils report for the site with the SHWT elevation noted. Thanks, Linda 1 of 1 7/28/2008 11:29 AM JOHN L.
