LMG submitted a pre -filing request on 2/5/21. However, because impacts are below DWR
thresholds for requiring written notification, it is our opinion that a pre -filing request is not
required for this project. The site plan has been forwarded to Robb Mairs with DWR so that
he can review and confirm. No DWR project number has been assigned at this time.
