The Division of Water Quality on June 4, 1996, received your permit application,
along with detailed plans, for modification of Permit No. WQ0011524 to include an
additional pump station and force main. The proposed additions have been reviewed and
found to be satisfactory.
Permit No. WQ0011524, issued January 31, 1996, is hereby amended to include
installation and operation of a 160 GPM pump station with dual submersible pumps,
high-water alarm, and connection for portable standby power, and approximately 744
linear feet of 4-inch force main to connect the pump station with the proposed new
gravity sewer facilities originally included in the permit. The addition of these facilities
will allow connection of 28 trailer park lots presently served by septic systems to the
Town of Spring Lake's wastewater collection system. With the addition of the pump
station and,force main, a 300 linear foot section of 8-inch gravity sewer originally
proposed to be constructed will be deleted.
These amendments do not alter the conditions or limitations specified in Permit
WQ0011524.
