Pond 1 - Freeboard not maintained at 2 feet; had recovered >24" on 10/14/20, however due to more/repeat shell & tube condenser leaks fell to 10.8" by 10/31/20; clarifier GPM increased, recovered to 14.6 by
11/6/20; 2 hour monitor reporting to management was established; impacted by excess 6.5" rainfall on 11/11/20 & 11/12/20 falling to 6", decision made transfer to holding pond 2; better condenser repairs were
made on 11/13/20 and freeboard steadily recovered to >24" on 11/23/20; this effort pushed level other holding ponds. new condenser leak detected 12/02/20; latest repairs 12/07/20 (3 tubes plugged Cooker 1;
1 tube on Feathers). Engineer is in process of quoting new shell & tube condensers.
2 - Freeboard not maintained at 2 feet; fell to 18.0" on 11/18120; recovered to 21.0" on 12/07/20.
3 - Freeboard not maintained at 2 feet; fell to 14.4" on 11/16/20; recovered to 19.8" on 12/07/20. this is clarifier final effluent pond and pond irrigated from.
4 - Freeboard on NDAR page 1 is storage Pond 4, was not maintained >24", fell to 21.6" on 11/30/20; same level on 12/07/20; will transfer to pond 3 when it's level improves.
