Good Morning,
The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR), received a complete Stormwater Management Permit
Application for the subject project on December 15, 2020. Staff review of the plans and specifications has determined
that the project, as proposed, will comply with the Stormwater Regulations set forth in Title 15A NCAC 21-1.1000 - 1062
rules. We are forwarding Permit No. SW6201001, dated December 16, 2020, for the construction, operation and
maintenance of the subject project and the stormwater system. This permit shall be effective from the date of issuance
and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein, and does not supersede any other agency
permit that may be required.
The original signed permit package and approved plans are being mailed to Ben Stout at the following address (NOTE:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the mailing of the hard copy of the permit will be delayed slightly. It should be mailed
out in a couple of weeks):

Fayetteville, NC, 28306
An original signed permit is also being mailed to Mr. & Mrs. Carlton Thomas Kivett at the following address:

This project will be kept on file after 30 days at the Fayetteville Regional Office. If you have any questions, or need
