Scott,
I was looking over the additional information you provided on November 12, 2020. Everything looks good except for one
small issue: The individual lot BUA amounts don't add up to the shown total. Adding all of the per lot BUA amounts
results in a total of 184,333 sf of BUA (184,331 sf is shown).
Please correct the following:
- Low Density Supplement Form, Page 2 — Please correct the "Total BUA from lot listing" value.
- Application, Page 3, Section IV, 10— Please correct the "On -Site Buildings/Lots", "Total", & "Proposed
Impervious Area" lines of the table.
- Lot Specific BUA Allocation Table — Please correct the total BUA value.
NOTE: Since this is such a minor issue and does not impact the design of the project or the calculations, I can correct the
hard copies with a red pen if you like (The electronic files would still need to be revised and uploaded, but not having to
wait on new hard copies to arrive should help save some time and make the review quicker). If you rather, you can
submit the revised hard copies of these items.
Please provide the following:
- 1x full revised electronic copy of the Low Density Supplement Form.
- 1x full revised electronic copy of the Application.
- 1x revised electronic copy of the Lot Specific BUA Allocation Table.
Hard copies (If provided) should be mailed to me at the following address:
512 N. Salisbury Street
1612 Mail Service Center
1
Raleigh, NC 27699-1612
Electronic copies should be uploaded at the following location:
htt s: edocs.de .nc. ov (Forms SW Pro`ect Submittal
Since these are really minor things, once I get the files, anything else that may have changed from addressing these
issues, and the documents are uploaded to Laserfiche (Provided everything is still in order), we can issue the permit
without doing another formal 30-45 day review.
Let me know if you have any questions.
