On February 23 2012 the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated February 23 2012 to
fill or otherwise impact 0 057 acre of 404 wetland (permanent impacts) 0 026 acre of 404 wetland (temporary
impacts) 32 linear feet of perennial stream channel (temporary impacts) 140 linear feet of perennial stream channel
(temporary impacts) 69 110 square feet of Zone 1 Neuse River basin protected riparian buffer (permanent impacts)
and 113 265 square feet of Zone 2 Neuse River basin protected riparian buffer (permanent impacts) for a greenway
trail The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and /or provided inaccurate information as
discussed below The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact
protected streams and buffers on the subject property This protect is on hold and incomplete until we receive the
additional information requested below If we do not receive the requested information your project will be
formally returned as incomplete Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your
project

1 Please depict the greenway trail on the most recent bound and published Wake County soil survey and the
USGS 1 24 000 topographic map for the protect and submit to DWQ Please label these maps with all stream
and wetland impact numbers (included on PCN application) and submit to DWQ
2 Please shade and /or hatch all buffer impacts and enumerate on the site plans and clearly label impacts (B1 —
1331) Please submit revised plans or new plans depicting buffer impacts

letter your project will be withdrawn and you will need to reapply with a new application and a new fee If you

This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands waters or
protected buffers Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not authorized (at this
