Discharge Monitoring Reports (eDMRs) were reviewed for the period January 2020 through December 2020. All monitoring frequencies were correct. Effluent monthly average flow violations were reported for February, May and August 2020. These violations have been previously addressed by the Division through the issuances of Notice of Deficiencies (NODs) and Notice of Violations (NOVs).
