Please give a brief project description below.

This is the same project we have discussed before to dredge at the
powerhouse and complete some improvements at the crane pad. No
written certification was needed, it was authorized under Nationwide 3
and the corresponding WQ certification. However, one of the bidders
on the project may want to let the return water from the dredge spoil
go back to the lake. It appears if that is the case written authorization
from DWR may be required for a Corps Nationwide 16 permit.
If that bidder is successful we may apply for written permission for the
return water to go back to the reservior.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
