Please give a brief project description below.
At 115 Marlin Drive an aged concrete bulkhead is failing. The
proposal is to install a new vinyl bulkhead directly in front of the
concrete wall leaving it in place. There is Spartina alterniflora in front
of the existing wall. The square footage of coastal wetland fill will be
less than 100 square feet in total. The new vinyl wall will be located 2'
or less waterward of the ewsting bulkhead.
