1014 for $240 for the above referenced project The fee was applied to the project upon receipt
A review of the application and after a conversation with S &EC Nikki Thomson it has been determined
that the area of open water keeps the permitting fee at $240 and not $570 Check # 1017 for $240 is
being returned
A Public Notice issued by the US Army Corps of Engineers will be necessary to move forward with the
review and approval process
