Baylee Ridge isna single family home S/D with individual lots. The
streets and all utilities will be provided by the developer except for the
septic with will be onsite for each individual lot.
There was no wetland it stream impact in Phase 1. The impact for
Phase 2 will be a stream crossing and buffer impact. The plans and
impact map is attached.
