Lot requires a small amount of wetland fill to make it buildable. Previous
wetland fill has been authorized and occurred within the subdivision. The
impact is required because the County required a change to the road
configuration after the original permit was acquired that affected this lot.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
