Yeah there was slight confusion plus the EEP letter didn t mention 2 1 either if it did I probably would have picked up

Do you mean the bank stabilization? The USACE does not require mitigation for it but we do know that
DWQ does But the overall amount of mitigation the USACE is requiring is higher (2 1) than DWQ amount
(1 1) I thought that I explained that but it may not be clear It is a bit confusing I am headed to a meeting,

Sorry for the confusions I was wondering why mitigation for streams is only for the culverts and not the riprap? We
normally require riprap mitigation
