There are 4 annual fees for NPDES CoC NCG520014 which are unpaid. The invoices are attached.
Failure to pay the annual fee is a permit violation. Please remit the fees as soon as possible to avoid enforcement
action.

PLEASE NOTE: your CoC is eligible for automatic renewal only if all your annual fees are paid. Due to a recent change in
the NC Administrative Code, the Division cannot issue any CoC with unpaid fees:

(2) Annual Fees. Except as provided in this Subparagraph, an annual fee shall be charged in each year of the term of
every NPDES permit, according to the fee schedule in G.S. 143-215.3D.
(F) Each application or notice of intent submitted pursuant to Paragraph (a) of this Rule shall be considered incomplete
until annual fees due at the time of application, if any, are received by the Division.
Please remit the fee so that your CoC can be renewed. The new version of General Permit NCG520000 has been issued.
