I am reviewing your stormwater & wastewater discharge application (NCG140495) for the S&W Hubert Plant in Hubert,
NC. Since this facility is discharging into High Quality Waters (HQW), please provide the summer 7Q10 flow for the
receiving waterbody (Queen Creek) as well as the flow rate for the wastewater outfall onsite. Thank you!
