Subject: villages creed more
A 9 ft wide box culvert seems to wide without baffles and proper sills at the inlet and
outlet and riprap seems excessive (for both culverts). Not sure especially upstream side. I
have sent a couple/several emails, you can respond with just ONE email. LOL Thanks
