CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1.) Obtain coverage under the NCGO1 permit by submitting an e-NOI (Electronic Notice of Intent) to DEMLR prior to
commencing land disturbing activities. DEMLR will email a COC (Certificate of Coverage) within 3 business days for the
NCGOI permit. Land disturbing activities may begin upon submittal of the e-NOI.
2.) Surety for stabilization (156.203) of the site is due prior to pre -construction meeting.
