Hey Raymond,
I have finalized my review of the Year 3 Monitoring Report for the Rocky Top Mitigation Bank. By
copy of this email, this report is approved. Please provide DWR confirmation of Bond Renewal
through the next monitoring year and then I can proceed in issuance of the credit release. DWR will
authorize a 20% reduction in the current bond amount for this site, but expects RS to implement
their parcel maintenance and submit confirmation that trees have been planted prior to the Year 4
monitoring period.
