A residuals sample was collected and analyzed during November 2020 (information included), per Class A residuals annual distribution permit guidelines. Yet, the Lake Rhodhiss WWTP Lab (Certified) failed to collect a sample for pathogen analysis. There is no reasonable answer to missing this requirement other than lab personnel oversight. Overall, the data set for 2020 is typically compliant for our facility, as in previous years, and is our operating procedure to not allow any compost to leave the facility, that is non- compliant with the conditions within the permit. Furthermore, during the 4th quarter of 2020, only 1 scoop of compost was distributed from the facility, of which was from an existing, cured, stockpile.
