Inspection Summary
On February 3, 2021 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Gregg Padgett on site. During the inspection the
following items were noted:
1) Some elements of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) have not been maintained and kept up-to-date. The
permittee is directed to immediately review and revise the SWPPP as outlined in the NCG080000 General Permit.
2) Qualitative monitoring has not been documented since 2018. The permittee is directed to immediately begin efforts to
reestablish a qualitative monitoring program as outlined in the NCG080000 General Permit.
