Inspection Summary
On February 2, 2021 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Jason Matthews and Dave Bell on site. During the
inspection, the following items were noted:
1) Uncovered dumpsters were observed during the inspection. All dumpsters shall be covered or re -located to maintain a
status of No Exposure.
2) No annual self -recertification form was made available during the inspection. The Self -recertification form shall be made
available any time a compliance inspection is conducted.
3) A discharge pump was observed during the inspection used to pump out waste water from the dumpster storage area
Continued use of this pump is not allowed under the No Exposure Certification and shall be immediately stopped in order to
maintain a status of No Exposure.
4) Material from past and current industrial activity was observed during the inspection exposed to stormwater. All materials
not intended for outdoor use shall be disposed of or relocated in order to maintain a status on No Exposure.
