Dave – I’m looking over the plans for this 4B meeting next week. It drains to trout waters and HQW. They have yet to
include a draft SMP. Any chance we can request they provide that prior to the 4b meeting? I feel it’s pretty important to
have for the 4B meeting discussions.

Based on the current guidance to minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Department of Environmental Quality has adjusted
operations to protect the health and safety of the staff and public. Many employees are working remotely or are on staggered shifts.
