The Washington Regional Office received your CAMA Major Development Permit application dated February 27, 2012. The impacts
proposed are for 409,464 square feet of upland disturbance for construction of 48 gravel trailer pads, parking areas, and access roads
as described in your application and shown on plan sets. Please note that your plans show no surface water or wetlands impacts;
therefore, no Water Quality General Certification is required as long as project is constructed as described in your application.
If at anytime during construction of your project you determine that the subject project may have water quality impacts or if there are
any impacts to wetlands or water quality not described in your application, you must contact this Office immediately. If you
